HubSpot Sales Hub
Sales software on top of HubSpot's free CRM, with prospecting, automation, calling and forecasting on paid plans.
hubspot.com8.8
out of 10
Best for: Small to mid-size sales teams that want a free start and one platform shared with marketing and service.
HubSpot Sales Hub is the easiest way for a growing sales team to get a proper system of record without a big upfront bill. The free plan covers deal tracking, an AI assistant and meeting scheduling, and Starter, from $20 a seat, adds buying signals, AI prospecting and automatic data enrichment. Sales Hub also includes lead management, multi-channel sequences, buying group mapping and a power dialer with voicemail drops, and reps can work from Gmail or Outlook through HubSpot's extensions.
The cost rises quickly once you need management features. Playbooks, AI forecasting and custom objects sit on Professional at $100 per seat, and deal and quote approvals, team hierarchies and data access controls need Enterprise at $175. The $10 Starter price shown on the page is a limited-time discount for new customers. For most teams under a few dozen reps, the free start and the shared platform with marketing and service make HubSpot the safest choice.
Standout feature
A free CRM plan that grows into a full sales platform on the same records.
Use cases
Startups
Track first deals and meetings on the free CRM
Outcome: A shared pipeline at no cost
Sales managers
Build playbooks and AI forecasts on Professional
Outcome: More consistent calls and forecasts

Pipedrive
A pipeline-first CRM built around activity-based selling, with AI meeting intelligence included on every plan.
pipedrive.com8.6
out of 10
Best for: Small and mid-size sales teams that want reps working from a visual pipeline with little setup.
Pipedrive is built for teams that measure progress in calls, meetings and next steps. Its pipelines, goals and activity tracking are designed around what Pipedrive calls activity-based selling: you cannot control results, but you can control the actions that close deals. Reps get a clear board of deals by stage, while managers get customizable reports and forecasting. Nova, the newest feature, prepares a brief before each call, records and transcribes it, then drafts CRM updates you approve in one click, and Pipedrive says it is included in all plans.
The core CRM stays lean, and much of the extra functionality comes as add-ons: Campaigns for email marketing, LeadBooster for lead generation, Web Visitors for tracking companies on your site and Smart Docs for proposals. That keeps the base price down but can add up. More than 500 integrations cover most phone, video and support tools. For teams that want reps to actually use the CRM every day, Pipedrive is the strongest choice after HubSpot.
Standout feature
Meeting intelligence that drafts CRM updates is included on every plan.
Use cases
Small sales teams
Run every deal from one pipeline board
Outcome: Clear next steps on each deal
Account executives
Let Nova record calls and draft CRM updates
Outcome: Less note-taking and data entry
Sales managers
Set activity goals and track them in reports
Outcome: Predictable weekly activity
Key features
- Customizable pipelines built around activities and goals
- Nova meeting intelligence records, transcribes and drafts CRM updates
- AI sales assistant, email writer and AI reporting with 15+ prompts
- Integrations with over 500 tools including Google, QuickBooks and Slack
- Add-ons for email campaigns, LeadBooster, web visitors and Smart Docs
Pros
- Pipeline view is simple for reps to keep updated
- Nova is included in all plans at no extra cost
- Free trial with full access and no credit card
Cons
- Email marketing, lead generation and visitor tracking are paid add-ons
- No permanent free plan
- Pricing did not load in USD from our location

Zoho CRM
A highly customizable CRM with a free plan for 3 users and paid editions from Standard to Ultimate.
zoho.com8.5
out of 10
Best for: Cost-conscious teams that want deep customization, forecasting and automation without enterprise prices.
Zoho CRM packs more into its lower tiers than most rivals. The free edition covers leads, deals, workflows, reports and a mobile app for up to 3 users. Standard adds workflow and assignment rules, AI agents, multichannel cadences, custom reports and dashboards, and sales forecasting. Professional brings CPQ with price rules, email intelligence, Blueprint process automation and inventory management, and Enterprise adds the Zia AI sales assistant, multi-step customer flow orchestration and territory management. Ultimate is aimed at large, bespoke deployments with migration help.
The trade-off is complexity. With five editions, team user licenses and a long settings menu, expect an admin to spend real time on setup. Prices load per currency on Zoho's page and did not show in USD from our location, so confirm the per-user rate on the live page. Zoho says more than 250,000 businesses use it. For teams that want serious forecasting and automation on a tight budget, Zoho CRM is the best value here.
Standout feature
Sales forecasting and multichannel cadences are available from the entry paid edition.
Use cases
Small businesses
Move off spreadsheets with the free edition
Outcome: A shared CRM at no cost for 3 users
Sales ops
Guide reps through each stage with Blueprint
Outcome: Consistent process across the team
Product sellers
Quote with CPQ and manage inventory
Outcome: Fewer pricing errors
Key features
- Free edition with leads, deals, workflows, reports and a mobile app
- Cadences for multichannel follow-up and sales forecasting on Standard
- CPQ, Blueprint process automation and inventory management on Professional
- Zia AI sales assistant and customer flow orchestration on Enterprise
- Build and deploy AI agents across Zoho apps
Pros
- Free forever for 3 users
- Forecasting and cadences arrive on the entry paid edition
- Annual billing saves up to 34%
Cons
- Many settings and editions take time to learn
- Pricing did not load in USD from our location
- Taxes are charged on top of listed prices

Rank 4
Salesforce Sales Cloud
The most extensive sales CRM, from a $25 Starter Suite up to editions with Agentforce, Slack and Tableau built in.
salesforce.com8.3
out of 10
Best for: Mid-size and large sales organizations with complex processes and an admin to run the platform.
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the reference point for enterprise CRM, and its range is unmatched. Starter Suite, at $25 per user per month, bundles lead, account, contact and opportunity management with sales flows, lead routing, email sync and email marketing. Pro Suite at $100 adds quoting, forecasting and more customization. The full Sales Cloud editions add Slack, Tableau and Agentforce skills on Core at $195, enhanced security and more AI on Advanced at $395, and Agentforce for Sales with Spiff, Sales Planning and Maps on Max at $550.
That breadth comes at a cost in money and effort. The editions most large teams buy are billed annually and sit well above rivals, AI can only be added from Core upward, and getting value from the platform usually means an in-house admin or a partner. A Free Suite is listed at $0 and every edition has a 30-day trial. If you need complex territories, approvals and reporting across many teams, Salesforce is still the strongest platform.
Standout feature
The widest range of editions, from a $0 Free Suite to Max with a full AI and planning stack.
Use cases
Enterprise sales orgs
Run territories, quotas and forecasts across regions
Outcome: One forecast for the whole company
Small businesses
Start on Starter Suite with sales, service and marketing
Outcome: Room to grow on the same platform
Sales leaders
Add Agentforce agents to deal workflows
Outcome: AI help inside the CRM
Key features
- Lead, account, contact and opportunity management
- Sales flows, lead routing and automatic email and calendar sync
- Quoting and forecasting from Pro Suite
- Core edition with built-in AI, Slack, Tableau and Agentforce skills
- Max edition with Agentforce for Sales, Spiff, Sales Planning and Maps
Pros
- Scales from a small team to a global sales org
- Free 30-day trial on every Sales Cloud edition
- Largest range of editions and add-ons on this list
Cons
- Full Sales Cloud editions start at $195 per user billed annually
- Customization usually needs a dedicated admin
- AI can only be added from Core upward

Rank 5
Close
A CRM for high-volume selling with built-in calling, email and SMS, plus an AI sales agent called Chloe.
close.com8.2
out of 10
Best for: Inside sales teams and founders who live on the phone and in email.
Close is built for reps who spend the day calling and emailing. Email, calls and SMS run from one inbox inside the CRM, so every touch is logged against the lead without a separate dialer or sales engagement tool. Essentials, at $35 per user per month billed annually, adds unlimited contacts, team collaboration, built-in forms and a centralized task list. Growth at $99 brings workflows, a power dialer, custom activities and bulk email, and Scale at $139 adds a predictive dialer, live call coaching, unlimited call recording retention and role-based permissions.
Every plan includes Chloe, Close's AI sales agent, with a monthly pool of AI credits that does not roll over. The $9 Solo plan is a real option for a founder, but it is limited to one user and 10,000 leads and has no workflows. Close says more than 11,500 businesses use it and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. For phone-heavy inside sales teams, it removes more tools than any other CRM here.
Standout feature
Email, calling and SMS live in one inbox, so activity logs itself.
Use cases
Inside sales teams
Call through lead lists with the power dialer
Outcome: More conversations per hour
Founders
Run sales alone on the Solo plan
Outcome: A full CRM for $9 a month
Sales managers
Coach reps live on calls
Outcome: Faster ramp for new hires
Key features
- Built-in email, calling and SMS in one inbox
- Chloe AI sales agent and AI credits on every plan
- Workflows, power dialer and bulk email on Growth
- Predictive dialer, live call coaching and role-based permissions on Scale
- Use Close from ChatGPT or Claude via MCP or API
Pros
- Calling and SMS work without a separate phone tool
- 30-day money-back guarantee
- Annual billing saves up to 50%
Cons
- Solo plan is limited to 1 user and 10,000 leads
- Workflows start on the $99 Growth plan
- AI credits refresh monthly with no rollover

Rank 6
Freshsales
Freshworks' sales CRM with built-in chat, email and phone, priced low for small teams.
freshworks.com8.2
out of 10
Best for: Startups and SMBs that want an affordable CRM with built-in communication channels.
Freshsales is the cheapest way to put a whole sales team on a modern CRM. The Growth plan, at $9 per user per month billed annually, includes a Kanban deal view, contact lifecycle stages, built-in chat, email and phone, email templates, custom fields and basic workflows. Pro at $39 adds contact scoring, deal insights, custom sales activities, territory management and sales sequences, which is where most outbound teams will land. Enterprise at $59 adds forecasting insights, field-level permissions, custom modules, a sandbox and audit logs, which is low for those controls.
The limits show at the edges. Branded documents cost $19 per user per month as an add-on, the Freddy AI Agent is sold in session packs, and the app ecosystem is smaller than the market leaders. Every paid plan gets 500 AI agent sessions once to try chatbots. The 21-day trial gives full access before you pick a plan. For budget-minded SMB sales teams, Freshsales delivers the core CRM at the lowest price here.
Standout feature
A full team CRM from $9 per user per month billed annually.
Use cases
Startups
Put the team on a CRM with built-in phone and email
Outcome: One tool for contacts and conversations
Outbound teams
Run sales sequences and score contacts on Pro
Outcome: Reps focus on warmer leads
Mid-size businesses
Add field-level permissions and audit logs
Outcome: Tighter control of CRM data
Key features
- Kanban view, contact lifecycle stages and basic workflows
- Built-in chat, email and phone
- Contact scoring, deal insights and sales sequences on Pro
- Territory management on Pro
- Forecasting insights, custom modules, sandbox and audit logs on Enterprise
Pros
- Lowest team price on this list
- 21-day trial of the fully loaded CRM
- Enterprise controls cost $59 per user
Cons
- Sales sequences and scoring need Pro
- Branded documents are a $19 per user add-on
- Smaller integration catalog than HubSpot or Salesforce

Rank 7
Attio
A flexible, data-first CRM with custom objects, automatic enrichment and AI agents for pipeline work.
attio.com8.1
out of 10
Best for: Startups and scale-ups that want to model their own data and automate the go-to-market stack.
Attio is the CRM for teams that want to shape the data model around their business rather than the other way round. It syncs contacts from email and calendar in real time, enriches records automatically and lets you build custom objects, relationship attributes and formula attributes. Workflows automate routine steps, and Pro adds sequences, call intelligence, permission controls and advanced reporting. Developers get an API, webhooks, an App SDK and an MCP server, and Attio's AI agents can score accounts and answer questions about the pipeline.
The plan limits matter. Free covers up to 3 seats, 3 objects and 50,000 records; Plus allows up to 10 seats and 5 objects; Pro raises that to 12 objects and 1,000,000 records. AI use draws on seat and workspace credits. Prices showed in euros from our location, so check the USD rate on the live page. For a startup that wants a modern CRM it can build on, Attio is the most adaptable choice here.
Standout feature
Custom objects and an MCP server make it the most programmable CRM here.
Use cases
Startups
Start on the free plan with automatic enrichment
Outcome: Clean records without manual research
RevOps
Model partners, investors or usage as custom objects
Outcome: A CRM that fits the business
Engineering-led teams
Connect product data through the API and webhooks
Outcome: Pipeline tied to product signals
Key features
- Real-time contact syncing and automatic data enrichment
- Custom objects, relationship attributes and formula attributes
- Workflows and sequences, with call intelligence on Pro
- API, webhooks, App SDK and an MCP server
- AI agents and Ask Attio for pipeline questions
Pros
- Free plan for up to 3 seats
- Data model adapts to unusual sales motions
- Strong developer tools for custom integrations
Cons
- Plus is capped at 10 seats and 5 objects
- Sequences, call intelligence and advanced reporting need Pro
- Prices did not load in USD from our location

Rank 8
Copper
A CRM built to run inside Google Workspace, with pipelines, project management and contact enrichment.
copper.com7.9
out of 10
Best for: Relationship-driven teams such as agencies and consultancies that work in Gmail and Google Calendar.
Copper is the CRM for teams whose working day happens in Gmail and Google Calendar. It runs alongside Google Workspace and through a Chrome extension, so reps can manage contacts, deals and emails without leaving the inbox, and the mobile app logs calls and SMS automatically. Basic, at $23 per seat per month billed annually, covers pipelines, task automation, project management and contact enrichment for up to 2,500 contacts. Professional at $59 raises the limit to 15,000 contacts and adds workflow automation, bulk email, reporting and integrations, and Business at $99 removes contact limits and adds email series, custom reports and multi-currency.
Copper is light on advanced sales features compared with the leaders, and most teams will need Professional for automation and reporting. It is also a weaker fit for teams on Microsoft 365. Copper says more than 30,000 companies use it. For agencies, consultancies and other relationship-led sellers on Google Workspace, it is the most natural fit here.
Standout feature
Runs inside Gmail and Google Calendar, so reps barely have to open a separate CRM.
Use cases
Agencies
Track new business and client projects from Gmail
Outcome: Sales and delivery in one place
Consultants
Log calls and texts from the mobile app
Outcome: Complete client history
Small teams
Enrich contacts as they arrive
Outcome: Less manual research
Key features
- Works inside Gmail and Google Calendar with a Chrome extension
- Pipelines, task automation and project management
- Contact enrichment on every plan
- Workflow automation, bulk email and reporting on Professional
- Email series, custom reports and multi-currency on Business
Pros
- Little setup for teams already on Google Workspace
- Mobile app logs calls and SMS automatically
- Annual billing saves up to 26%
Cons
- Basic is capped at 2,500 contacts
- Workflow automation and reporting start on Professional
- Less suited to teams on Microsoft 365

Rank 9
monday CRM
A board-based CRM on the monday.com platform, with AI agents for lead sourcing, calls and meeting prep.
monday.com7.9
out of 10
Best for: Teams already on monday.com that want sales, marketing and delivery on one platform.
monday CRM takes the board interface that made monday.com popular and applies it to leads, contacts and deals. Basic covers 1,000 active contacts and deals, one dashboard and 20 quotes and invoices a month. Standard raises that to 10,000 contacts, five dashboards and 250 automations a month, and adds a centralized timeline of every email, call, meeting and note for each person. Standard also includes AI credits for agents that source and enrich leads, call and qualify prospects, prepare meeting briefings and take notes.
The low limits on Basic mean most sales teams will start on Standard or Pro. The board model is flexible but less opinionated about pipeline stages and forecasting than dedicated sales CRMs. Prices showed in euros from our location, so check USD on the live page. monday.com says more than 35,000 customers use the CRM. If your company already runs projects on monday.com, keeping sales on the same platform is a practical choice.
Standout feature
Sales, marketing and delivery share one platform with the rest of monday.com.
Use cases
Agencies
Hand won deals to delivery boards
Outcome: No re-entry between sales and projects
Small sales teams
Send quotes and invoices from deal boards
Outcome: Faster paperwork
Sales reps
Get AI meeting briefings before calls
Outcome: Better prepared conversations
Key features
- Customizable boards for leads, contacts and deals
- Quotes and invoices created and shared from the CRM
- Centralized communication timeline per contact on Standard
- AI agents for lead sourcing, outreach calls and meeting prep
- iOS and Android apps with offline access
Pros
- Familiar board interface is quick to learn
- Same platform as monday work management
- Free trial with no credit card
Cons
- Basic allows only 1,000 active contacts and deals
- Automations start on Standard with 250 per month
- Prices did not load in USD from our location

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
Microsoft's sales CRM with Microsoft 365 integration, Copilot and sales agents.
microsoft.com7.7
out of 10
Best for: Larger organizations standardized on Microsoft 365, Teams and Azure.
Dynamics 365 Sales is the natural CRM for organizations that already run on Microsoft. Sales Professional, at $65 per user per month paid yearly, covers core sales force automation, Microsoft 365 interoperation, reporting and dashboards, with limited customization. Enterprise at $105 adds advanced sales force automation, contextual insights, AI and full customization, and Premium at $150 adds advanced sales intelligence, agentic insights and 1,000 Copilot Credits per user per month. Copilot works inside Dynamics 365 Sales, Outlook and Teams, and the sales agents cover lead qualification, opportunity research and closing (in preview).
The downside is cost and complexity. Even the entry edition costs more than most rivals' mid-tier plans, Relationship Sales bundles LinkedIn Sales Navigator but needs a 10-seat minimum, and agent use is metered in Copilot Credits bought by prepaid plan or pay as you go. Expect a partner or internal admin to set it up. For Microsoft-centric enterprises, it keeps CRM inside tools reps already use.
Standout feature
Copilot works across Dynamics 365 Sales, Outlook and Teams.
Use cases
Enterprise sales teams
Work deals from Outlook and Teams with Copilot
Outcome: Less switching between apps
Sales operations
Deploy qualification and research agents
Outcome: Automated early-stage pipeline work
Account teams
Pair CRM data with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Outcome: Richer relationship insight
Key features
- Sales force automation with Microsoft 365 interoperation
- Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales, Outlook and Teams
- Conversation intelligence and sales engagement
- Sales Qualification, Opportunity, Research and Close agents
- Relationship Sales bundle with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Pros
- Deep fit with Outlook, Teams and the Microsoft stack
- Premium includes 1,000 Copilot Credits per user per month
- Free trial available
Cons
- Highest entry price on this list at $65 per user
- Customization is limited on Sales Professional
- Licensing across editions and credits is complex
